Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Designer & CRM Head to manage interior design operations, customer relationship management, project coordination, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior design, client handling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Project Management

- Lead interior design projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete interior solutions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare design concepts, layouts, and 2D/3D presentations.
- Coordinate with sales, production, installation, and execution teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Review designs, BOQs, quotations, and material specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

CRM & Customer Relationship Management

- Head the CRM team and manage the complete customer lifecycle, from enquiry to project handover.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, feedback, and service-related issues.




- Develop and implement CRM processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and project status reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead tracking and conversion support.

Team Leadership & Coordination

- Manage and guide interior designers, CRM executives, and coordination staff.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer response time.
- Establish standard operating procedures for design approvals, customer communication, and after-sales service.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and present performance updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the interior or modular furniture industry.
- Proven experience in interior design and CRM/customer relationship management.
- Robust knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials, and interior execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing teams, multiple projects, and customer escalations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹86,000.00 per month
