Haslin Associates is looking for a proactive and organized Interior Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate residential and commercial interior projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate interior projects from design finalization to site execution and handover.
- Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, material procurement, and execution progress.
- Conduct site visits to track work progress and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate material selection, deliveries, and contractor activities.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and schedules.




- Identify delays or execution issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in interior project coordination or execution.
- B.Sc. in Interior Design or Diploma in Interior Design/B.Tech/D.Arch
- Experience coordinating residential and commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution.
- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
