Role Description The Interior Designer at ZILMAA is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, plan layouts, and create detailed drawings for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring alignment with client requirements and ZILMAA’s product offerings. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing site conditions, preparing design proposals, selecting finishes and materials, and coordinating FF&E; with project teams and vendors. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors,



and installers to oversee implementation, resolve design issues on-site, and ensure that projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

The Interior

Designer will also support design presentations and maintain accurate documentation throughout each project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection to create cohesive, functional, and visually appealing spaces.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning to optimize layouts for comfort, usability, and efficient circulation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop clear plans, elevations, and details for execution.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and materials.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in interior projects or fit-outs.
