Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have solid design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and experience managing projects from concept development through on-site execution.

The candidate will collaborate with architects, consultants, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality interior design solutions while ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements, project objectives, and budget.
- Plan interior projects from initial concept to final execution.
- Prepare detailed layouts, technical drawings, working drawings, and design documentation.
- Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to create design layouts, drawings, and visual presentations.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Lead, guide, and collaborate with design team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, finishes,



and industry practices.
- Ensure all design deliverables meet the required technical specifications and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Experience preparing technical drawings, working drawings, and execution documents.
- Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple assignments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality results within deadlines.
