We are seeking creative, driven, and detail-oriented Interior Designers to join our team at D&D; — Design & Decor. Whether you are an emerging designer with a strong creative foundation or an experienced professional with a refined design approach, we value talent, initiative, and a genuine passion for interior design.

The ideal candidate should be capable of translating client requirements into well-planned interior spaces, developing compelling visual concepts, and preparing accurate technical drawings to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements, project briefs, and design objectives.
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, and technical drawings for electrical, plumbing, ceiling, tiling, and carpentry works.
- Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and design presentations.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Participate in client meetings, design discussions, material selections, and project reviews.
- Assist with site visits, measurements, and verification of site conditions when required.
- Revise designs and drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency across design presentations and technical documentation.

Junior Interior Designer Learning, creativity and technical development
- Assists with concepts, layouts, 3D visualisations, and working drawings.
- Demonstrates sound design fundamentals and willingness to learn.
- Works under guidance and progressively takes ownership of assigned tasks.

Senior Interior Designer Independence, leadership and project coordination




- Leads design development from concept through technical documentation.
- Handles client discussions, design presentations, and design revisions independently.
- Coordinates with site teams, vendors, and consultants to resolve design and execution challenges.
- Guides junior designers and maintains design quality and drawing accuracy.

Preferred Skills
- Strong design sensibility and an eye for detail.
- High-quality 3D visualisation and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior construction.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into technically feasible designs.
- Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, design concepts, or academic work.
- Initiative, adaptability, time management, and a commitment to design excellence.

Candidates do not need to be experts in every listed software. Proficiency in the tools relevant to their role, along with a strong portfolio and willingness to learn, will be valued.
