About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Visualisation & Interior Design Executive to support our V-Estate team in preparing architectural visualisations, drafting layouts, formatting project drawings and creating presentation-ready design materials for real estate projects and experience centres.

The ideal candidate should have a background in design, architecture, interior design or a related discipline, with a good understanding of layouts, spatial planning, visual presentation and technical detailing.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Visualisation: Develop and refine interior design concepts and visualisations for client projects, including furniture layouts, material selections, finishes, lighting and spatial planning, in line with the project brief and approved references.

Layout Drafting & Documentation: Prepare and update interior layouts, furniture plans, floor plans, elevations and other design drawings. Ensure drawings are accurate, properly formatted and ready for internal reviews and client presentations.

Internal Design Support & Coordination: Guide internal 3D and design teams on interior design direction, detailing and execution requirements. Help teams interpret design references,



resolve design-related queries and translate concepts into accurate visualisations.

Design Review & Quality Control: Review layouts, drawings and interior visualisations for design accuracy, proportions, furniture placement, material consistency and alignment with approved inputs. Incorporate feedback and coordinate necessary revisions before final delivery..

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma holder from a recognised design, architecture, interior design or other relevant institute.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, visualisation, design documentation or presentation formatting.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, dimensions, scale, layouts and spatial planning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design instructions accurately.
- Good file management, time management and coordination skills.

The candidate should be able to take feedback positively, make accurate revisions and ensure that every drawing and presentation shared with the team is clear, consistent and professionally formatted.
