Role Description This is a full-time Interior Designer role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing design presentations, and collaborating with architects and engineers to align design intent with technical requirements. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing detailed construction drawings and documentation. The role involves site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, and monitoring implementation to ensure designs are executed as planned.





The Interior

Designer will also support client meetings, gather requirements, and adjust designs based on feedback and project constraints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to integrate aesthetics and functionality.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for comfort, safety, and efficient use of available area.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including proficiency in CAD or BIM tools for detailed documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with project standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Experience with local building codes, materials, and vendors in New Delhi is an advantage.
