: Interior Designer Industry: Real Estate / Residential & Commercial Projects Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Department: Design & Projects Employment Type: Full time Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred) About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing, functional, and cost-effective interior spaces for residential and commercial real estate projects, including apartments, villas, duplexes, penthouses, and sample flats.

Key Responsibilities - Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed drawings, 3D models, and realistic renders.
- Select suitable materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, fixtures, and finishes.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and timelines.
- Manage sample flat interiors, show apartments, and property staging for marketing and customer presentations.
- Identify suitable vendors and negotiate material and furnishing costs.
- Ensure quality standards, design consistency, functionality,



and efficient space utilization.
- Incorporate client feedback and make design revisions as required.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, residential projects, or turnkey interior execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior execution techniques.
- Strong space-planning, visualization, and design presentation skills.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and site supervision.
- Good communication, coordination, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Profile - Experience with residential real estate developments, luxury homes, duplexes, villas, and penthouses.
- Practical knowledge of on-site execution, material procurement, and quality control.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects.

Salary Negotiable, based on experience, skills, and portfolio.
