Profile- Interior Billing Manager – Retail Interior Fit-Out

Location: Parel, Mumbai experience- 7 + years ctc range- upto 12 lpa (depends on interview)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills, and client invoices based on actual work completed at site.
- Verify quantities through site measurements, drawings, BOQs, and approved specifications.
- Review and certify contractor and vendor bills against approved work orders and actual quantities executed.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ reconciliation, quantity reconciliation, and billing trackers.
- Identify and track additional works, variations, and extra items and ensure timely client approval and billing.
- Prepare rate analysis for non-BOQ and additional items.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design, Purchase, Accounts, and clients for billing-related matters.
- Follow up with clients/consultants for bill certification and commercial approvals.
- Monitor project-wise billing, certification, outstanding amounts, and payment status.
- Ensure proper documentation of measurements, approvals, work orders, variation statements, and billing records.
- Verify material consumption and support material and quantity reconciliation during project closure.
- Handle final billing and commercial closure of completed projects.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on billing, certification, variations,



and outstanding payments for management.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 7–10 years in billing/QS roles, preferably in Retail Interior Fit-Out / Commercial Interiors.
- Strong experience in client billing and contractor/vendor billing.
- Excellent understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, RA billing, and reconciliation.
- Valuable knowledge of interior works including civil, furniture/joinery, flooring, ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other fit-out activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and services drawings.
- Strong coordination, documentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience independently handling billing for multiple interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
