Your primary responsibility will be to grow our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, increase engagement, create high-quality content, and generate maximum organic reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, carousels, posts, and professional LinkedIn content.
- Identify trending topics, viral formats, and content opportunities.
- Develop creative strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines, and content scripts.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and successful social media strategies.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Collaborate with the video editing and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Analyse social media performance and improve content based on insights.
- Focus on organic growth and making content reach a wider audience.
- Build a strong professional brand presence for the company on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms.




- Experience in content creation and social media account management.
- Knowledge of viral Reels, trending content, hooks, and audience retention.
- Excellent creative thinking and trend research skills.
- Understanding of hashtags, captions, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Ability to convert ideas into engaging social media content.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing will be an advantage.
