Hiring for Inside Sales Specialist With UK Based IT Services & Consulting Company!!

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calling/email campaigns.
- Conduct account research, identify key decision-makers (POCs), and build interest in offerings.
- Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule discovery sessions with the Pre-Sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
- Qualify leads and route opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure.
- Work towards closing deals and consistently achieving quarterly sales targets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive pipeline growth and close deals.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Inside Sales,



preferably with SAP Gold Partners.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent calling skills with experience handling high call volumes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent qualification.
