Role Description The Inside Sales Support role at CLASQUIN is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role focuses on supporting the sales team by preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records in internal systems. The position involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure service quality, and helping resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include monitoring shipments, assisting with pricing and proposals,



generating sales reports, and supporting account managers with administrative and commercial activities. The role also requires regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting business development activities.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up, issue resolution, and customer-centered communication.
- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking, and coordination with logistics or operations functions.
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
