Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain the company's products and services to customers. Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships. Support B2B, B2C, SMB, and enterprise sales activities. Maintain daily call records and sales reports. Work towards achieving sales targets and earning incentives.
