Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Event Management

Salary: ₹18,000–₹60,000 + Attractive Sales Incentives

Experience: 1–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced, confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can effectively handle customer enquiries, build strong client relationships and convert leads into confirmed event bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads from digital marketing, website and social media platforms.
- Understand client requirements for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and other celebrations.
- Conduct skilled sales calls and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients.
- Handle price negotiations and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements:




- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Event Sales or Hospitality Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales closing and customer-handling abilities.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Event Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
