Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and client-oriented Inside Sales Executive to interact with prospective clients, understand their requirements, explain our services, and guide them through the consultation and enrollment process.

This is an office-based, front-end client interaction role focused on counselling, relationship building, inquiry management, follow-ups, and enrollment. The position is not related to visa documentation, application preparation, or backend processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ travel, study, work, and immigration objectives and identify their service requirements.
- Explain relevant visa, immigration, and overseas education services, including the consultation process and next steps.
- Conduct professional consultations and help prospective clients understand the services appropriate to their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients, address their queries, and maintain consistent communication throughout their decision-making process.
- Build professional relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and transparent guidance.
- Guide interested clients through the enrollment process and coordinate the initial onboarding.
- Maintain accurate inquiry details, follow-up records,



and client interaction updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal team to ensure a smooth transition after enrollment.
- Develop and maintain a sound understanding of the company’s services and service processes.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations and face-to-face client interactions.
- Robust listening, counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to explain services clearly, address client concerns, and guide decision-making professionally.
- A proactive, organized, and client-focused approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to work with CRM software.
- Prior experience in inside sales, admissions counselling, client counselling, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Experience in visa consultancy, immigration, overseas education, or other service-oriented industries will be an advantage.
