Roles and Responsibilities Sales Executive

- Identify potential customers and business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.

- Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

- Follow up regularly with existing leads and prospects to convert them into successful sales.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships through effective communication.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Handle customer queries professionally and communicate product or service benefits effectively.

- Maintain quality standards and follow company sales processes and guidelines.





- Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.

- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

- Participate in initial training sessions to understand the end-to-end sales process.
