Role & responsibilities

Support lead generation, tender processing, quotation preparation, customer communication, and coordination between Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for industrial valve business.

- Generate and qualify leads from Pharma, Chemical, Petrochemical, Metal, Mining, Sugar & Ethanol, Power, Cement, Water, Process Industries, EPC Contractors, and OEMs.
- Maintain customer, project, inquiry, and opportunity databases.
- Review customer RFQs, tenders, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and tender submissions with support from engineering and sales teams.
- Compile compliance statements, technical documents, and bid-related documentation.
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, technical clarifications, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams for order execution and delivery commitments.
- Track inquiries, quotations, tenders, orders, and project opportunities.
- Prepare sales MIS, quotation trackers, order status reports,



and business reports.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers through email and telephone

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn industrial valve products, tendering, and sales processes.
