Roles and Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive business growth.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Prepare quotes for customers based on product specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.

- Robust understanding of ball valves, butterfly valves, quotation preparation, and quote generation processes.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers over phone calls or emails.
