Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and requirements for niche IT roles in data, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, software, etc.
- Proactively hunt and source high-quality candidates for the Hong Kong region.
- Screen candidates confidently and manage the entire candidate process from start to finish.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, focusing on niche skill hiring.
- Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and contribute to overall success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external recruitment (agency background only) .
- Proven experience in niche IT skill hiring, particularly in the digital space.
- Solid track record of international hiring; experience in Hong Kong or APAC is highly preferred.
- Ability to hunt for top talent and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
