Key Responsibilities & Mandatory Skills:

- Experience as a Business Analyst with the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform .
- Strong understanding of Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Issue Management.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and audit processes.
- Exposure to or experience with the Operational Resilience module .
- Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Robust documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

- Reports & Dashboards
- Data Migration and Data Load
- User/Role Management
- Update Sets & Release Management
- ServiceNow CSA or IRM certification is an added advantage.
