We are expanding our international affiliate network and looking for people who can connect with relevant content creators and develop productive partnerships.

Role Description

This is a fully remote, commission-only partnership opportunity with flexible working hours. You can perform the role remotely without attending an office.

As an Influencer Partnerships Manager, you will identify and contact content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, introduce Alpha Crafter’s affiliate programme, and support interested creators through onboarding.

Your focus will be on recruiting suitable affiliate partners and maintaining relationships with them. You do not need your own social media following.

Key Responsibilities

- Research content creators in personal development, fitness, discipline, and related niches.
- Assess whether their content and audience are relevant to Alpha Crafter.
- Reach out to potential partners in English using the provided outreach templates.
- Explain the affiliate programme and guide interested creators through onboarding.
- Follow up on conversations and maintain organised records of outreach and partnerships.
- Maintain communication with recruited affiliates to support their participation.

Compensation — Affiliate Commission Only

This role does not offer a fixed salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed minimum income.





- You earn commissions on eligible subscription sales generated by the affiliates you recruit.
- Recruiting an affiliate alone does not generate a payment; earnings depend on the sales they generate.
- Eligible subscription renewals generate recurring commissions while referred customers remain subscribed, subject to the affiliate programme’s terms.
- Payments are made monthly in British pounds (GBP).
- Commission rates, calculation methods, payment conditions, and any applicable deductions will be explained before you begin.

Qualifications

- Positive written English and clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Confidence in approaching content creators and building professional relationships.
- Strong organisation and consistent follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- An understanding of affiliate marketing or willingness to learn.

Experience in influencer partnerships, sales, outreach, or digital marketing is beneficial but not essential. An interest in personal development is a plus. No specific degree or existing follower base is required.
