At Doctors Foodstore , we’re building a doctor-backed preventive nutrition brand focused on making healthier everyday food choices accessible.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and data-driven Influencer Outreach Associate to help us build strong creator partnerships and scale our influencer marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Influencer Outreach: Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard influencers and content creators on a daily basis.
- Creator Funnel Management: Build and maintain a structured funnel of creators, tracking outreach, responses, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Creator Database: Leverage existing industry connections and past experience to build a high-quality database of relevant influencers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate creator records, campaign trackers, and performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Presentations & Reporting: Prepare professional presentations, outreach reports,



and campaign updates using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with creators and ensure smooth coordination throughout collaborations.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides .
- Prior experience in influencer outreach, creator management, or influencer marketing is preferred.
- An existing database or network of influencers will be a robust advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume daily outreach.
- Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, and D2C brands is a plus.
