Process Improvement

- Study existing workflows and identify inefficiencies

- Design and implement better processes and methods

- Reduce waste, delays, and unnecessary costs

- Work on Automation, IOT implementation, Systems implementation.

Time &

- Motion Study

- Conduct time studies to set standard times

- Analyze manpower utilization

- Improve productivity through better task allocation

Cost Reduction

- Analyze operational costs

- Suggest cost-saving measures

- Improve resource utilization (materials, machines, labor)

Layout &

- Facility Planning

- Design plant/floor layouts for smooth material flow

- Optimize space utilization

- Ensure protected and ergonomic workstations

Quality &

- Safety

- Support quality improvement initiatives

- Implement SOPs and standards

- Ensure compliance with safety norms

Data Analysis &

- Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports and KPIs

- Track productivity, efficiency, and losses

- Use tools like Excel, ERP, or analytics software

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
