What you'll do
- Work through realistic negotiation and redlining exercises on technology contracts
- Review AI-generated responses for contract accuracy, risk analysis and legal judgment
- Write clear grading criteria for contract-drafting and review performance
- Explain where AI outputs miss the legal or commercial point, and give actionable feedback to improve them

Who this is for
- At least three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions
- Hands-on experience negotiating master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements and data processing agreements
- Professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
- No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
- $85–$105 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
- Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, India
