Role Description The Imports Purchase role at RDX Digital Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities for imported materials and components, including creating and reviewing purchase orders, coordinating with international suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing purchase requirements, negotiating pricing and terms, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation. The role also requires close collaboration with logistics, finance,



and production teams to ensure compliance with import regulations and alignment with project timelines.

The Imports

Purchase specialist is expected to support process improvements, cost optimization, and supplier performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, including import-related workflows and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and managing Purchase Orders, with experience in supplier coordination and order tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate quotations, costs, lead times, and purchasing trends.
- Experience in imports, international vendor management, and basic understanding of customs and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in using ERP or procurement software, are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, is an advantage.
