Cardio Surgery Medical Coder

- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in medical coding
- Certification: Medical coding certification is mandatory

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Medical Coder
- Requirement: On-paper or off-paper QA or Trainer experience

Cardio Surgery Supervisor

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Medical Coder

On-paper experience as a QA, SME, Team Coach, or Lead Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze medical records for accurate coding.
- Apply relevant coding guidelines and maintain coding quality.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and client requirements.
- Identify coding errors and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support training, quality audits, and team performance management, as applicable to the role.

Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Relevant experience in IPDRG or Cardio Surgery coding, depending on the position.
