Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to detect any changes in patient condition.

- Administer medications and intravenous therapies accurately and in a timely manner.

- Manage mechanical ventilators and monitor hemodynamic status to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Deliver emergency support and interventions as required, including Basic Life Support.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation reflecting patient care and progress.

- Implement infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.

- Conduct wound care management with precision and adherence to best practices.





- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

- Respond efficiently to emergency situations and implement life-saving measures.
