Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the companys technology infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and manufacturing tech processes, ERP systems used in the jewellery sector, and data security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- IT Infrastructure & Network Management:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, security systems, and hardware.
- Handle end-to-end IT processes, including user account management, system access, asset management, software licensing, and IT support.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure setup for recent branch offices, including network, hardware, and connectivity requirements.
- Software & ERP Systems:
- Oversee implementation, customization, and support for ERP systems
- Liaise with software vendors and ensure smooth integration with business operations.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement data protection and cybersecurity measures specific to sensitive jewellery design, inventory, and client data.
- Ensure IT policies comply with industry regulations and internal SOPs.




- User Support & Training:
- Provide end-user support and training across departments.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate where necessary.
- Project & Vendor Management:
- Lead IT-related projects such as software upgrades, digital transformation,
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and licenses.
- Prepare reports on system performance, usage, and upgrades.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12 + years of experience in IT roles, preferably within jewellery industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and inventory management software specific to jewellery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with branch IT setups and display security

- Ability to manage multiple locations or remote showroom support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
