We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Building Maintenance Team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing commercial building air-conditioning and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot VRF and chiller systems.
Inspect and maintain AHU (Air Handling Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units).
Perform preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and cooling towers.
Identify faults in air-conditioning and cooling systems and carry out necessary repairs.
Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues.
Maintain service records and follow safety procedures.
Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or a relevant technical qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
Strong practical knowledge of VRF systems and chillers is required.
Experience with AHU, FCU and cooling towers is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
Candidates must be willing to work at the assigned building maintenance site in Bengaluru.

Weekly off and holidays as per company policy.
Duty schedule as per the assigned shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
