Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC installation projects from start to completion.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.

- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and project teams.

- Ensure proper installation of VRV/VRF systems, chillers, ducting, ventilation, and other HVAC systems.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.

- Prepare project reports, site updates, and progress documentation.

- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.





- 35 years of experience in HVAC project management or execution.

- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

- Experience in project planning, site coordination, team management, and material planning.

- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
