We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for one of Mumbai’s leading architectural firms.

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented HR skilled who can independently manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.

Oversee HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.

Handle employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Minimum 5–6 years of relevant HR experience.

Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

Ability to independently manage the HR function.

- Prior HR experience in the real estate, architecture, construction, or infrastructure industry will be a strong advantage.
