Role Description The Human Resources Operations Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring accurate HR data and documentation.

The specialist will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinate payroll and benefits-related information with relevant teams, and support compliance with local labor regulations. Daily work will also involve responding to employee inquiries,



supporting employee relations activities, and collaborating with HR management on process improvements and HR projects. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR practices and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Operations and HR Management skills to handle daily processes, documentation, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Policies to support consistent and compliant HR practices.
- Experience in Employee Relations to address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and maintain a professional work environment.
- Ability to work with HR data, including attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in records and reporting.
- Proficiency with HRIS or similar HR software, and basic skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Prior experience in an HR operations or generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR are an advantage.
