Specialization: End-to-End HR, Statutory Compliance & Payroll

CTC:₹70,000 - ₹75,000per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to fulfill staffing requirements across all resort departments.

Oversee comprehensive payroll processing, attendance tracking, employee benefits administration, and welfare programs.

Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks applicable to the hospitality industry.

Handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

Design and execute training and development initiatives to maintain high standards of service delivery and hospitality operations.

Maintain meticulous HR documentation, personnel files, statutory registers, and audit-ready records.

Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture across the resort.

Monitor labor costs,



assist with workforce budgeting, and generate regular HR metrics and turnover reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and conduct policies across all operational departments.

Counsel departmental heads on effective people management, conflict resolution, and organizational policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate degree, MA, or MBA in Human Resources (preferred).

Up to 7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end human resources management within a hotel or resort hospitality setup.

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, etc.), and payroll management systems.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills suited for a quick-paced hospitality environment.
