Role Description The Human Resources Management role is a full time, on-site position based in Patna. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation for manufacturing and engineering teams.

The HR professional will handle performance management processes, support learning and development initiatives, and coordinate employee engagement activities. Daily responsibilities include administering payroll inputs and benefits data, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and addressing employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.



The role also requires collaboration with leadership to plan workforce needs, support organizational change, and reinforce a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR operations and administration, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR software usage.
- Candidates should possess skills in talent acquisition and staffing, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in performance management and development, including goal-setting support, appraisal coordination, and training or learning and development support.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and engagement, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, communication, and organizing engagement or welfare activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of compensation, benefits, and compliance, including payroll inputs, statutory requirements, and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors; strong analytical and MS Office skills; and the ability to work on-site in Patna and travel to manufacturing units when required.
