Role Details

● Duration: 3 Months

● Joining: Immediate or within one week of selection

● Working Hours: 3–4 hours per day

● Stipend: Unpaid (Learning & Portfolio Focused)

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.

● Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.

● Maintain HR records and documentation.

● Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.

● Research HR trends and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria





Students currently pursuing Graduation or Postgraduation from any recognized college or university.

Selection Process

● Application screening.

● Online Google Meet domain-specific interview comprising analytical,

situational, and HR-related questions.

● Final selection based on interview performance.

Certification & Future Opportunities

● Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the internship.

● Letter of Recommendation (Performance-Based).

● Currently, there is no PPO/full time conversion.

● Outstanding performers may be considered for future opportunities based on business requirements.
