? Position: HR Manager

? Location: Ghitorni,New Delhi? Experience: 4–6Years? Industry: Travel & Tourism | B2B DMC | Europe? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and exits
- Drive talent acquisition and build a strong pipeline for business and operational teams
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and employee-friendly practices
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records
- Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally
- Support performance management, appraisals and career development initiatives
- Plan employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Ensure HR processes remain aligned with applicable labour laws and company policies
- Work closely with management and department heads on people-related initiatives
- Build a strong, collaborative and performance-driven organizational culture

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3–5 years of relevant HR experience





✔️ Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment

✔️ Experience in handling administrative tasks and office management

✔️ Strong focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention

✔️ Ability to support employee growth, learning, and professional development

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Ability to independently manage HR functions and day-to-day HR activities

✔️ Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

✔️ Experience in Travel, Tourism, DMC, Hospitality, or related industries will be an advantage

✔️ A proactive, people-oriented skilled who can contribute to a growing organization and build a positive workplace culture
