Role Description The HR Intern role at Clinikally is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Responsibilities include helping maintain employee records,
supporting onboarding and induction processes, and assisting with HR documentation and policy implementation. The HR Intern will also help respond to employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR workflows. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a quick-paced, high-growth digital health startup.
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort working with HR databases or spreadsheets.
- Interest in working in a startup environment and learning end-to-end HR practices.
