About TradeX:

TradeX is a high-performance, 100% free virtual F&O; paper-trading platform designed exclusively for Nifty 50 and Bank Nifty. Our mission is to help Indian retail traders and beginners practice options trading in a realistic, live-market environment without burning their hard-earned capital. We are moving fast, and after successfully deploying our web platform and scaling our infrastructure, we are rapidly expanding our team.

We need a hardcore, street-smart HR intern to build the core foundation of our startup culture and hunt down top-tier talent. Your goal isn't just to "screen resumes"—it's to aggressively source the absolute best engineers, marketers, and operators who can help us build the biggest virtual trading app in India.

Role & Responsibilities:

- KPI-Driven Talent Acquisition: Your core target is strictly defined—you must successfully hire and onboard at least 4 interns per month. This will be a strategic mix of both paid (₹1000 stipend) and unpaid target-based roles.
- "Jugaadu" Sourcing & Hacking Limits: Many job portals allow only 1 free post per month. We need you to hack this process. You will find creative, street-smart ways to post across multiple platforms, college groups, and tech communities where ₹1000 stipend or unpaid internships are allowed and actively sought after.
- End-to-End Interview Pipeline: You are the gatekeeper. You will filter applications, conduct initial vibe-check calls and Zoom interviews, select the right candidates, and manage the entire hiring lifecycle seamlessly.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Once a candidate is selected, you will personally host their orientation meeting.



You will introduce them to TradeX, explain their KPIs, and set our hardcore, high-performance startup culture from Day 1.
- Employer Branding: Brainstorm and execute creative strategies to position TradeX as the most exciting fintech startup for young talent to join.

Requirements:

- A "Jugaadu" and hardcore problem-solving mindset. You know how to track down the right candidates and bypass platform limits even if they aren't actively applying for jobs.
- Exceptional communication and pitching skills (English & Hindi). You can sell the TradeX vision to potential candidates over a Zoom call with high energy and conviction.
- A "Get It Done" attitude where hitting your KPI of 4 hires/month and finding the perfect culture fit is your primary obsession.
- Basic understanding of tech and marketing roles (or a very strong willingness to learn what makes a top 1% candidate stand out).
