We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition & People Operations The LHR Group is looking for an HR / TA Professional to join our team and drive internal hiring for our Executive Search business, as well as own the Employee Life cycle internally.

This is a mission critical role and will report directly to our Founder. You will own -

- End-to-end internal Talent Acquisition
- Headhunting & sourcing talent from Executive Search / Recruitment profiles
- Building proactive talent pipelines
- Candidate screening, interview coordination & offer management
- Onboarding, employee engagement and life cycle management
- Selective coordination and executive support to the Founder

What we’re looking for: Someone who is proactive, sharp, organized, strong at sourcing, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a rapid-paced environment. a masters in HR will be a plus
