Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding processes.

Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of HR policies, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and helping manage documentation related to benefits and personnel matters. The intern will collaborate with HR team members,



prepare basic reports, and ensure that HR procedures are followed consistently and accurately.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in building a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to assist in their communication and documentation.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee data and supporting workforce administration.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
