We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR IT Recruiter with 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri and be capable of coordinating interviews and managing recruitment activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Handle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, experience, skills, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening through Naukri.
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable profiles.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to work from the office at Velachery, Chennai.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
