Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and plan the interview process.

- Sourcing &
- Outreach:

Find and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

- Candidate Screening &

- Experience:

Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and overall fit while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Offer Management: Support salary discussions, manage offer approvals, negotiate with candidates, and help close top talent.

- ATS &

- Recruitment Metrics:

Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.

- AI &

- Process Improvement:





Use approved AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to identify talent, research competitor companies, build talent pipelines, and improve recruitment efficiency.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Experience: 2 - 5+ years (adjust for mid/senior level) of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in an in-house SaaS company, fast-growing tech startup, or specialized agency.

- SaaS Acumen: Familiarity with subscription business models, software, and understanding core SaaS roles

- Communication &
- Persuasion:

Solid interpersonal skills with a "hunter" mentality comfortable cold calling, pitching the company vision, and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
