Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Performance Management System (PMS)

- Facilitate and drive the end-to-end implementation of the Performance Management System across all cadres at the plant level.
- Guide managers and employees on goal setting (KRAs/KPIs), mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Oversee performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development actions based on appraisal outcomes.

2. Talent Onboarding

- Oversee onboarding, orientation, document verification, and integration of new hires into the factory environment.

3. Learning & Development (L&D;)

- Identify training needs through skill matrix, competency mapping, and skill gap analyses across plant functions.
- Prepare and execute the annual plant training calendar (technical, behavioral, EHS, and compliance modules).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and manage leadership/ workforce development interventions.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

- Design and roll out the annual employee engagement calendar (cultural events, sports, rewards & recognition programs).




- Conduct regular pulse surveys and stay/exit interviews to analyze key engagement trends and implement corrective measures.
- Promote a high-performance work culture, transparency, and high employee morale.

5. Talent Management & Succession Planning

- Implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talent and potential successors.
- Participate in organizational development (OD) initiatives, career progression pathways, and workforce retention strategies.

6. Employee Relations & Plant Operations Support

- Address employee grievances, resolve interpersonal/departmental conflicts, and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support plant administration, compliance requirements, attendance tracking, and HRIS database updates.

Key Competencies & Technical Skills

- Solid knowledge of manufacturing plant operations and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
