Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations, including recruitment management, employee relations, leave management, payroll processing, and exit formalities.

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees on their development needs.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering & Construction industry.

- Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD) degree from a recognized university.

- Proficiency in HR MIS, Recruitment Management, Sourcing Profiles, Salary Processing, Joining Formalities, Leave Management, Employee Relations.
