Planout Group is looking for an HR Intern who is interested in understanding how people, culture and HR operations work inside growing businesses.

The intern will support HR activities across Planout Group and Vokka Perfumes , including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, attendance, HR operations and internal communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with candidates and employees, organizing processes and helping build a positive workplace culture .

You will work closely with the HR and management teams and get hands-on exposure to the complete employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to engagement and day-to-day HR operations .

What You Will Learn

- How the complete recruitment process works from requirement to joining
- How to source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other hiring platforms
- How to screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
- How to conduct initial candidate screening calls
- How to schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- How to maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases
- How to write and publish job descriptions
- How to manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- How to prepare and coordinate offer letters and joining documentation
- How to manage the employee onboarding process
- How to introduce new employees to company policies, teams and culture
- How to maintain employee records and HR documentation
- How to manage basic attendance, leave and employee information
- How HR policies and processes are implemented in a growing organization

- How to organize team activities, celebrations and internal initiatives
- How to collect and understand employee feedback
- How to support performance review and appraisal processes
- How to coordinate between employees, managers and different departments

You will get hands-on exposure to HR activities across both Planout Group and Vokka Perfumes , allowing you to understand how people and HR processes are managed across different types of businesses.

Requirements

- Graduate / Final-year student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and People Management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls




- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different personalities
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes would be preferred
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee and candidate information
- Positive attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools would be an advantage
