About the Role
Bhagwati Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain practical experience in Human Resources. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in attendance tracking and other HR operational activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers pursuing or having completed BMS,
BBA, MMS, MBA (HR), or a relevant degree are preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
