Role: HR Manager (Male Candidates preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies and policies, overseeing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives that foster a productive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on organizational and human resource matters.
- Identify workforce trends and recommend initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Build a robust talent pipeline through internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process to enhance new hire experience.

3. Performance Management

- Design and implement performance appraisal systems that support employee development and organizational growth.
- Partner with department heads to define performance metrics and monitor progress.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Address employee concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a respectful and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.




- Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and continuous improvement.

5. Compliance & HR Operations

- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain and manage HR records, contracts, and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Oversee HR audits, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making.

6. Training & Development

- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience,managerial role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
