Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment team. This role provides practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate management, HR operations, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and interview schedules.
- Assist with job postings and recruitment database management.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Maintain candidate information and update recruitment systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with team members and support day-to-day HR activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
