Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. Experience in hiring digital marketing professionals is an added advantage. A background in the jewellery industry is preferred.
- Talent acquisition - Sourcing and recruiting
- Recruitment and Induction - Manage the recruitment and on boarding process
- Attendance & Payroll - Salary processing. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Develop and implement Policies - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Employee engagement - support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Performance Management - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Grievance Handling & Employee Retention - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy -
- Training & Development- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- MIS - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Legal compliances - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Language:
- English (Preferred)
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the jewellery industry or luxury goods industry.
- Experience in hiring digital marketing professionals is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
