After all, can a lecture on Accounting 101 truly compare to the hands-on experience of analyzing real PnL statements?

Today, Masters' Union has an unparalleled curriculum with faculty comprising Industry Leaders and practitioners unlike any other in the country. Our academic council includes CXOs, MDs, Eminent Public Leaders, and even Members of Parliament. About the role The HR Lead will work closely with academic leaders, program heads, and functional teams to drive people strategy, talent development, performance management, and culture building. This role is critical in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while supporting rapid growth and organizational transformation

Specificaly, this role will Involve

- Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with institutional goals
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and organizational design, talent planning and people decisions
- Supporting and scaling teams while maintaining culture and values Driving performance management cycles,goal setting,and feedback mechanisms
- Identifying high potential talent and design development, succession ,and retention strategies
- Partnering with L&D; to design leadership development programs for faculty and corporate teams
- Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling Driving engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action plans
- Supporting compensation planning, promotions, and role transitions Analyzing HRmetrics(attrition,engagement,performance)to inform decision-making

- Leading change management initiatives during periods of rapid growth

Ideal candidate will have

- MBA/Masters in Human Resources or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in a strategic HR role
- Experience in startups,education,or high-growth organizations
- Preferred Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High business acumen with a people-first mindset
- Excellent communication ,problem-solving, and execution skills
